Marlborough Park Services Limited is a Residents Management Company run and owned by the leaseholders. The Company is limited by guarantee and all leaseholders are entitled to apply for membership of Marlborough Park Services Limited.
Directors are elected by the Members at the company AGM to act on their behalf. The Board of Directors are a group of volunteer residents who give their time freely to matters such as the application of the service charge, the overseeing of financial budgets, the maintenance and wellbeing of the structure and fabric of the properties which make up Marlborough Park and other issues connected to the day to day running of a large residential complex.
This is done with the assistance of and in conjunction with our current managing agents, Town & City Management Limited. All leaseholders are encouraged to apply for company membership, which affords them voting rights at the company's Annual General Meeting, and if so desired, the possibility to apply for formal Board Membership. |
