INFORMATION FOR RESIDENTS
As a resident of Marlborough Park you are welcome to
attend the monthly Communications Meeting which takes
place on the first Tuesday of every month and is hosted
by two board members. Here you may report or discuss
any concerns or issues to which you may require solutions
or answers. This is held in the "Elizabeth L Rowe
Conference Room" which is adjacent to the gym and
all enquiries and queries are dealt with in strictest
confidence.
During normal office hours, the Company Office at 66a
Collingwood Court is manned by our Building Services
manager who along with his staff are equipped to respond
to and deal with the every day maintenance of the complex,
its environment and any queries arising regarding this.
You will be issued with a "Request For Service"
form where further assistance is required in order to
resolve your request or query, this form can also be
found and sent by e-mail from the "Members"
page of this website.
All leaseholders are encouraged to apply for company
membership, which affords them voting rights at the
company's Annual General Meeting, and if so desired,
the possibility to apply for formal Board Membership.
The Board of Directors are a group of volunteer residents
who give their time freely to matters such as the application
of the service charge, the overseeing of financial budgets,
the maintenance and wellbeing of the structure and fabric
of the properties which make up Marlborough Park and
other issues connected to the day to day running of
a large residential complex. This is done with the assistance
of and in conjunction with our current managing agents,
Storey: SSP.
