Marlborough Park Services Limited is a Residents Management Company run and owned by the lease holders. The Company is limited by guarantee. Any and all leaseholders are entitled to apply for membership of Marlborough Park Services Limited.

Directors are elected by the Members at the company A.G.M to act on their behalf.

24 hr CCTV monitored at the Building Services Managers' office and through your own TV further enhances security. Residents can leave their property knowing that every effort has been made to keep it safe in their absence.

Service charges are payable on all properties and are charged 6 monthly in advance
